Prepaid Call Details

Ufone Prepaid now for the first time introduces Prepaid Call Details Print Option.

Prepaid Call Details is a service that’ll build your trust and strengthen your relationship with us. You can now check your Prepaid call details in a printed format to ensure accurate billing.

Call details will include all outgoing calls made to within the Ufone network, any other network or PTCL number.

Step 1: Request for Prepaid call details print out at Customer Care Center, Call Center or via FAX.

Step 2: To avail this service, Rs. 50 will be deducted from your Prepaid Balance

Step 3: To receive the printed copy of your call details, Please visit our nearest Service Centre or contact our Call Center (333) or send your request by Fax at 111333900

Note:

• Customer Prepaid balance has to be more than Rs. 50 to avail this service.
• Active SIM & CNIC is required.
• In Islamabad, AJK, Gilgit/Baltistan and FATA an additional 0.84% will be charged on all services and packages.
• 19.5% FED on usage and other taxes on bill/recharge apply.
• In Islamabad, AJK, Gilgit/Baltistan and FATA 18.5% FED and other taxes on bill/recharge will apply.
• Your SIM is your identity, only use SIMs issued through Biometric Verification – PTA
