ULoad

ULoad is an easy and convenient mode for recharging your Prepaid number. It is a re-charge option for prepay users that does not rely on the availability of scratch cards. Following are the denominations

Ufone Smart Code

Ufone Smart Code safeguard the privacy of the customers against misuse of MSISDN upon Uload recharge.

Ufone Smart Code Process:

Step 1: Dial *765# from your Ufone

Step 2: You will get a message “Dear Customer! Your ULOAD code to recharge your account is 00012345678”

Step 3: Give the Code to the retailer to load the desired amount in your account

Note: Requesting Ufone Smart Code is free of Cost.

Note:

• To avoid disconnection recharge your prepay account within 180 days of expiry.
• 19.5% FED on usage and other taxes on bill/recharge apply.
• In Islamabad, AJK, Gilgit/Baltistan and FATA 18.5% FED and other taxes on bill/recharge will apply.
• Your SIM is your identity, only use SIMs issued through Biometric Verification – PTA

Recharge Process:

To recharge your Prepaid account follow the below listed instructions,

• Scratch the silver coating at the back of your card to reveal the 12 / 14 digit code.
• Dial 123 from your Ufone and follow the instructions.
• Enter the 12 / 14 digit code from the back of your card.
• A Voice message will confirm your account has been refreshed.

USSD Recharge:

To recharge your Prepaid account follow the below listed instructions,

• Scratch the silver coating at the back of your card to reveal the 12 digit code.
• Dial *123*Pin code# and press send

Electronic Vouchers

E-vouchers are an easy and convenient mode for recharging your Prepaid account. It is a re-charge option for Prepaid users that does not rely on the availability of scratch cards.

Recharge Process:

Follow the below listed instructions to recharge your Prepaid account via E-vouchers,

• As per your required denomination pay the retailer to get the E voucher with 12 digit pin printed on it.
• Enter the 12 digit code similar to the scratch card process to recharge your account.

Note:

• All scratch card denomination values are available on these POS terminals to be recharged on your number.
• This is a secured process and the transaction would be carried out by our authorized sales retailer on demand.

ATM

Ufone in association with MCB offers unmatched convenience to recharge your Prepaid account anywhere, anytime with security and peace of mind via MCB ATM’s. You can

• Pay your bills 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Make total payments of upto Rs. 20,000 per day.
• Carry out upto 10 transactions per day per card.
• Make either full or partial payments.
• Pay as a registered or non-registered user. Registration will help you avoid the time delay in entering details each time you carry out a transaction.

Recharge Process:

Step 1: Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN

Step 2: Select – “Bill Payments”

Step 3: Select Utility Type – “Pre-paid Mobile Card”

Step 4: Select – “Service Provider”

Step 5: Select – “Recharge Amount”

Step 6: Select Customer Type – “Registered or Un-registered” (If you are Un-registered then enter your 7-digit Mobile no.)

Step 7: Reconfirm your mobile number and the recharge amount

Step 8: Collect your card and confirmation slip Balance Inquiry

To check how much you have spent and what is left in your Prepaid account simply dial 124 from your Ufone.

Check the balance on SCREEN by dialing *124# 

• Balance inquiry at *124#, *127#, *706# and *707# will be charged at Rs.0.20 + 19.5% FED for every inquiry.
• On every balance recharge, the following amounts are deducted from the recharge amount: 14% Withholding Tax, 5% service fee +19.5% FED and 5% maintenance charges + 19.5% FED.
• To block unwanted calls and SMS from any number, dial 420 from your Ufone number. Charges; 10 Paisa + tax per minute and Rs. 3.75+ tax per week – PTA
