Administration for Children and Families (ACF)
This agency "within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is responsible for federal programs which promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities." The site also contains reports to Congress and current press releases concerning child welfare.
Family Violence Prevention Fund 
The wealth of information on this site may be more useful to those involved in trying to stop domestic violence and helping the victims of battering. There are sections for health care professionals, workplace managers, and police and justice officials; descriptions of private and public programs that have been successful; etc.

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection
Provides coverage of nearly 550 full text journals, covering topics such as emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry & psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods.
Science Full Text Select
