It is .internationally known for its tolerance education programs, its legal victories against white supremacists and its tracking of hate groups.. The SPLC Intelligence Project monitors hate groups and tracks extremist activity throughout the U.S. It provides comprehensive updates to law enforcement, the media and the public through its quarterly magazine,Intelligence Report.
Federal Bureau of Investigation . Hate Crimes
The FBI site includes annual reports, statistics, links, current news and archived information on hate crimes. It is one of a number of FBI sites dedicated to the protection of civil rights.
Hate Crimes
This website from the Los Angeles County Human Rights Commission focuses on hate crimes, efforts to educate students and train officials about hate crime activity, and address stereotyping. It includes annual reports, legislation, and other resources.

Anti Defamation League (ADL)
In existence for 88+ years, since 1913 ADL has been fighting anti-Semitism and bigotry in all its forms. This site offers up-to-date data from the ADL position or point of view on such topics as terrorism, civil rights, extremism, and the Holocaust. One of the most informative sections of the site includes a display and explanation of hate symbols in graphic, numeric, or other forms.
